Basketball

OK, maybe this is a dumb idea, but I wanted to raise some money for areas hit very heard by the YPRBJ's.  And I wanted to reintroduce the Amazons to the Earth.  I mean, obviously, people know about us, but I don't think people know much about us.  And, I wanted to raise people's spirits.  Most of the organized sports leagues are still shut down, most movies were put on hold, etc.  I think its time to have a little fun, so I'm throwing an event that will, hopefully, do all three at the same time.  Since this is me, and I'm a woman, and all the Amazons are women, I thought it should be a woman's sporting event.  Which (come on America, what gives?), doesn't give me many choices, if I want to hold this in Metropolis.  The only professional woman's sports leagues most people have heard about are soccer and basketball.  Hmmm, Amazons.  WNBA it is!  I don't want to give too many details yet, as this is still a work in progress, but I'm going to try and put together a charity event, featuring learning all about the Amazons, and culminating in a basketball game with superheroes and WNBA players!  I'll be there and playing.  I couldn't get my team to agree to play, but they'll be there as security and moral support.  My sister, Wondergirl, we'll probably be on opposite teams, and Wonderwoman has agreed to come, but she won't be playing.  I've have my whole superhero cast lined up!  This should be awesome.  I hope it doesn't fall through.  And, hey, supervillians, this is for charity.  Don't come an screw this up for everyone.  If you want to just attend, fine.  If you want to donate a little money, even better.  But lets draw the line there.
